Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

This policy explains what InkFactory collects, why, and who we share it with. In short: we collect what's needed to run your account and publish your designs, we use trusted processors, and we don't sell your data.

1. Information we collect

2. How we use it

3. Service providers we share with

We use trusted third parties to run InkFactory. Your data is shared with them only as needed to provide the service:

ProviderPurpose
SupabaseAccount authentication and secure data storage
StripeSubscription billing and payment processing
NetlifyWebsite and application hosting
AI generation providersTurning your prompts into images and text
Printify / ShopifyPublishing products — only to accounts you connect

These providers process data under their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

4. Data storage and security

Your data is stored with our hosting and database providers and protected by access controls that scope your data to your account. Connected-store tokens are stored encrypted and used only for actions you initiate. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information and will notify you of a breach as required by law.

5. Your rights

You can access and update your account information in the app. You may request a copy or deletion of your personal data, or the removal of a connected store, by emailing us. Deleting your account removes your synced brand and design data; some records (e.g., billing history) may be retained where required by law.

6. Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active and as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

7. Children

InkFactory is a business tool intended for adults. It is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

8. International users

InkFactory is operated from the United States and your data is processed there. By using the service you consent to that transfer and processing.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date and, where appropriate, notice in the app or by email.
